Kenneth Day and Scott W. Gonnello first met while presenting to different audiences on an International Business Cruise in 2007. One year later they met on another International Business Cruise – this time speaking to the same audience of business owners.

After a short conversation, they realized that their core business values were very similar and that their paths would be crossing many more times in the near future. This prompted Scott and Ken to join forces to create a more powerful company, the result being an International Consulting and Training Company.
